This course connects us to the feelings making us more transparent we experience, clearly illuminating our relationships, goals and ourselves. A cascade of colors to enjoy life.
Through play, various theatrical and therapeutic techniques, scenes and gestalt therapy, we dive into the world of feelings and emotions, as diverse and rich as a painter's palette. To gain expressiveness freedom and authenticity of our own being.
